NEVER MICROWAVE YOUR BABY’S FOOD. IT NOT ONLY DESTROYS NUTRIENTS BUT IRRADIATES IT . IF ANYONE STILL HAS THEIR USER MANUAL YOU WILL READ THAT YOU SHOULD NOT OPEN MICROWAVE FOR A FEW MINUTES AFTER ITS DONE. THIS IS TO AVOID RELEASING THE MICRO WAVES. SCARY. and most importantly buy fruit and veggies from your local farmers market. They may not be publicized but every town has one. You will find you save a ton of money and have healthier NON GMO foods if your farm is an organic one. Do ask. Here’s to you and your baby’s health and good eating.
